Renforcement et maillage sécuritaire dans le département : Me Sidiki Kaba inaugure trois Brigades de proximité de la Gendarmerie

Maître Sidiki Kaba, le Ministre des Forces armées, a inauguré le 9 aout 2023 trois Brigades de proximité de la Gendarmerie nationale à Nianing, à Malicounda et à Ngaparou.

Cette option entre dans le cadre du maillage et renforcement de la sécurité dans le département, un pôle économique reposant sur le tourisme, la pêche, l’élevage et plusieurs activités connexes. Par conséquent, la lutte contre plusieurs fléaux comme la délinquance, l’émigration clandestine et le vol de bétail interpelle tous les citoyens.

A noter que le département de Mbour, sur les 46 que compte le pays, dispose d’une unité de Gendarmerie dans chacune de ses 16 communes, à l’exception de Nguéniène.
